Ingredients: 2 eggs, lightly beaten 2 cups milk 1 cup plain flour 1/4 cup sugar 2 tablespoons baking powder 2 teaspoons cinnamon Pinch of salt 3/4 cup honey 1 cup milk.

Directions: In a large bowl, stir together the eggs, milk, flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Gently stir in the honey until the ingredients are just combined. Pour the honey and milk mixture into a separate bowl, and add the milk from the original bowl to the batter in the other bowl. Let the batter sit for 15 minutes while you prepare the pancakes.
